Do you provide dinnerware?

Absolutely. Regardless of the package you choose, all our services include premium disposable dinnerware, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This comprehensive catering display setup features high-quality plates, full cutlery (knives, forks, and spoons), napkins, and cups, providing a seamless and elegant dining experience for all your guests.

Do you provide guest tables, chairs, and linens?

We specialize in culinary excellence and food presentation, ensuring that our catering display setup meets the highest food safety standards. Our service includes specialized catering display tables and a full decorative setup for buffet or food stations. However, we do not provide tables, chairs, or linens for guest seating. We recommend coordinating these items through your venue or a professional rental company. Additionally, we offer premium disposable dinnerware to complement your event.

Is the food cooked on-site?

To ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality, all dishes are prepared in our fully-equipped, professional commercial kitchen. We then transport the cuisine to your location using state-of-the-art temperature-controlled equipment. Upon arrival, our team expertly manages the catering display setup and final professional plating, utilizing premium disposable dinnerware to create a 'just-prepared' experience for your guests.

How far in advance should I book your services?

To ensure the highest quality of service, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice for all catering orders, especially when planning a catering display setup. However, availability depends on our current schedule and food safety standards. Please contact us as early as possible to consult on your specific date; we will do our best to accommodate your event if our calendar permits, and we can provide premium disposable dinnerware to elevate your catering experience.

Is there a minimum order size or guest count?

We offer flexible solutions for various events, including a catering display setup that adheres to food safety standards. Generally, we recommend a minimum of 20 guests for buffet-style service, where we provide premium disposable dinnerware. For smaller, intimate gatherings, please reach out to discuss a custom quote based on your specific needs.

Can you accommodate food allergies or special diets?

Absolutely. We are experienced in catering to various dietary needs, including Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free options. During the consultation phase, please inform us of any severe allergies so our chefs can prepare safe and delicious alternatives while adhering to food safety standards. What is included in your "Setup and Display" service?

We don't just 'drop off' food; we create an experience. Our team expertly manages the catering display setup, arranging food stations with tiered displays and elegant decor that aligns with your event's theme, ensuring the catering area looks as good as it tastes while adhering to food safety standards. We also provide premium disposable dinnerware to complete the presentation.

What happens after the event concludes?

For full-service events, our team will manage the breakdown of the catering display setup and ensure all our equipment is cleared, leaving the food station area clean and tidy while adhering to food safety standards.
